- All donations made to Shibina World are voluntary and non-refundable
- Donations are used for social welfare activities such as food distribution, healthcare support, and community development
- Once a donation is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded
3. Product Returns & Refunds
We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:
✔ Eligible Cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product missing from the order
❌ Not Eligible:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor variations (color, packaging, etc.)
- Improper use or handling by the customer
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 3–5 days of delivery
- Provide order details and clear photos of the issue
- Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted

6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. Payment Failures
- If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within a few working days
