Third-Party Manufacturing Terms & Conditions

At Shibina, all third-party manufacturing orders are produced according to the client's approved formulation, fragrance, packaging, and specifications.

1. Product Approval

Clients are strongly advised to evaluate and approve samples before confirming bulk production. Once bulk manufacturing begins based on the approved sample, the order will be considered final.

2. No Refund or Return on Customized Orders

As all third-party manufacturing products are custom-made according to client requirements, no refund, return, exchange, or cancellation will be accepted after production has commenced.

3. Fragrance, Color & Texture Variations

Minor variations in fragrance, color, texture, viscosity, or appearance may occur due to the use of natural ingredients, raw material batch differences, and environmental factors. Such variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

4. Packaging Approval

Clients are responsible for approving labels, packaging designs, product information, and artwork before production. Shibina shall not be liable for errors discovered after final approval.

5. Payment Terms

Advance payments made towards product development, sampling, packaging procurement, or manufacturing are non-refundable.

6. Quality Assurance

All products undergo standard quality checks before dispatch. Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shibina shall not be responsible for market performance, customer preferences, fragrance liking/disliking, sales results, branding outcomes, or business losses arising from the use or sale of the manufactured products.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a third-party manufacturing order, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
