🛍️ Product Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without proof of purchase

💰 Refund Process

  • Once your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method (UPI / Bank / Card).
  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

❤️ Donations

  • Donations made to support our initiatives are non-refundable, as they are directly utilized for welfare activities.
  • However, if a payment is made by mistake or due to technical error, you may contact us within 24 hours, and we will review the request.
